Job summary

Meta seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner on the Leadership Development team to advance executive and team capabilities across the organization. You will diagnose, design, and deliver bespoke leadership interventions, coach executives using ICF methods, and partner with HR and business leaders to scale leadership development across Meta.

This role emphasizes cross‑company intelligence, change management during AI‑driven transformation, and staying at the cutting edge of leadership

Qualifications

• 12+ years in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function.
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC).
• Demonstrated mastery of leader and team diagnosis (360 design/debrief, team assessment, organizational analysis).
• Expertise in designing/ facilitating bespoke executive development experiences.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods.
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions and experiences.
• Coach executive leaders using ICF-credentialed methodology.
• Share insights across Meta via rotational deployment and enterprise-wide perspective.
• Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners for intake, scoping, and alignment.
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem and resources.
• Support organizational/work environment transformation during large-scale change (AI, reorgs).
• Stay at the cutting edge of leadership research and AI implications for leadership at scale.
