Job summary

Meta is seeking a Leadership Development Business Partner to advance the performance of leaders and teams through diagnosis, bespoke development experiences, and executive coaching. This role sits on the Leadership Development team and partners with HR and business leaders to scale leader, team development, and healthy organization work across the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or a related field
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or leadership development function
• ICF credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC)
• Mastery of leader and team diagnosis including 360 design/debrief and organizational analysis
• Experience designing and facilitating bespoke development experiences for executive leaders and leadership teams
• Experience in complex, technical, multicultural, globally distributed organizations
• Track record of building trusted partnerships with business leaders and HR partners

Responsibilities

• Diagnose leadership and team effectiveness at the system level using evidence-based methods
• Design and deliver high-impact leader and team interventions grounded in diagnosis and business outcomes
• Provide 1:1 coaching to executives using ICF-aligned methodology
• Share patterns and best practices across Meta through rotational deployments
• Partner with HR Business Partners to plan intake, scoping, and alignment
• Connect leaders to the People Development ecosystem—coaching resources, growth programs, and skills development
• Support large-scale change work (reorgs, AI transformation) with change-management expertise
• Stay current with research and practices in leadership, team dynamics, and organizational health
