Job summary
Vista Prairie Communities in Champlin, MN, is seeking a Learning Development Manager to lead leadership development initiatives across communities. You will partner with Operations, HR, and local leaders to deliver structured learning experiences, coaching, and change management programs that strengthen culture and drive strategic adoption.
The role requires 3–5 years in leadership development or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel. Master's degree preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, Leadership Studies, or a related field required.
- Master's degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead Leadership Development Program Delivery and related initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, HR, and community leadership to build leadership capability and culture.
- Coordinate with Staff Development Manager to align leadership and employee development programs.
- Drive organizational development and talent programs across the organization.
