Job summary

Edward Jones seeks aDirector of Workplace Strategy and Solutions to translate strategy into enterprise execution. You will lead cross-functional teams with product, operations, technology, and risk to build scalable workplace capabilities and unlock new market opportunities.

You will shape long-term vision, forecast capital allocation, and work with partner groups to deliver measurable client and organizational value in a private, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic planning.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations across functions.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Champion new strategic capability for Workplace Segment and roadmaps.
• Identify client and plan opportunities in emerging workplace markets.
• Translate vision into executable business plans with cross-functional partners.
• Establish operating model, governance, and enterprise-wide partnerships.
• Monitor market adoption and performance to refine strategy.
