This hybrid role requires influencing across functions and delivering measurable business impact.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of experience, including leadership, and possess deep knowledge of financial services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of work experience, including 3 in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and related practices.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results without direct authority.
Experience collaborating across functions to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and inspire a team of professionals, fostering engagement and business impact.
Partner with Market Leaders and cross-functional leaders to align priorities and remove barriers.
Drive strategic alignment across organizations by influencing decisions and building consensus across functions.
Champion continuous process improvement to simplify operations and enhance stakeholder experiences.
Represent Market Operations with senior leaders, communicating insights and progress while driving accountability.
