Job summary

Edward Jones is seeking a Human Capital Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to division leadership, aligning HC strategies with business objectives to drive performance and growth. The role collaborates with leaders and HC centers of expertise to deliver integrated solutions across workforce planning, development, succession, and organizational effectiveness.

The position requires 7+ years in Human Capital, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to influence senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of related Human Capital experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal partners and influence senior leaders.
• Working knowledge across Human Capital functions including org design, compensation, recruiting, learning, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Partner with division leadership to enhance strategic planning and implement business initiatives and talent strategies.
• Align and integrate Human Capital strategies with centers of expertise (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, etc.).
• Lead change management strategies to support business evolution and sustainable results.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Human Capital division's long-term strategy.
• Advise senior leaders on business and human capital matters with regard to legal, compliance, and culture.
• Apply external trends and analytics to drive innovation and capabilities.
