Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Extensive experience leading technology partner ecosystems across third-party workforce services.
- Proven success delivering large-scale third-party workforce transformation programs.
Responsibilities
- Advise senior technology leadership on partner strategy and governance.
- Develop workforce and service strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality, resilience, and cost effectiveness.
- Lead operating model transformations including managed services and outsourcing.
- Collaborate across Architecture, Engineering, Product, Sourcing, Legal, HR, Finance, and Technology leadership to align partner capabilities with objectives.
