Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in higher education and academic support preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with accommodations and adult learners.
• Knowledge of tutoring program software is a plus.
• Teaching or professional development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Tutoring Services within TASC.
• Oversee staffing, budget administration, program development, and resource allocation.
• Lead data analysis of Tutoring Services usage and adjust services as needed.
• Coordinate scheduling software systems and reports for accuracy.
• Collaborate with faculty and deans to align programs with divisional priorities.
• Support the TASC Leadership team and serve on college committees as needed.
