Job summary

Compass is seeking a strategic, high-performing Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to oversee a national portfolio of 2,000+ locations and an offshore lease administration team. You will drive rent rolls, reconciliations, and audits while upholding Compass standards and KPI targets.

The role emphasizes process consistency, term accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate teams to ensure data integrity and optimal lease outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with United States lease practices, terms and conditions.
• Costar experience a plus.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products, including Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team lead to manage preparation of monthly rent roll in accordance with lease provisions
• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements for Compass's lease portfolio
• Communicate with Landlords regarding lease payments and charges
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges are recorded.
• Act as team lead overseeing the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to Compass standards.
• Knowledge of full-scope desktop and annual audits for corporate leases and recommend actions for audit recovery.
• Create training procedures for operating expense reconciliation and tenant recovery preparation.
• Manage the team towards abstracting leases timely and accurately per our KPI’s
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of job discipline and related functions.
