Job summary

Compass is seeking a Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to lead a 2,000+ location portfolio. This role manages an offshore lease administration team, oversees rent rolls, CAM reconciliations, audits, and compliance with Compass standards, while building scalable processes.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and adept at driving data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration across Real Estate teams. Office-based, NYC Flatiron or Madison, NJ options.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in lease administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team lead to manage preparation of monthly rent roll in accordance with lease provisions.
• Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements for Compass’s lease portfolio.
• Communicate with Landlords regarding lease payments and charges.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges are recorded.
• Act as team lead overseeing the preparation of CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to Compass standards.
• Knowledge of full-scope desktop and annual audits for corporate leases and recommend actions for audit recovery.
• Create training procedures for operating expense reconciliation and tenant recovery preparation.
• Manage the team towards abstracting leases timely and accurately per our KPI’s
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of job discipline and related functions.
