Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Solutions Team and establish effective workflows.
• Guide cross-functional and vendor teams to timely, on-budget platform initiatives.
• Own UAT, BRD development, and release governance across platform releases.
• Drive enterprise CRM strategy and scalable solutions across therapy archetypes.
