Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a biotech/pharma or related field.
• 10+ years in Biotech/Pharma industry.
• 5+ years leading CRM systems implementations (Salesforce/Health Cloud).
• 5+ years leading and managing teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Platform Solutions Team, establish processes and ways of working.
• Drive flawless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder platform initiatives.
• Act as a senior voice between PSS and Digital to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and remove barriers to execution.
