Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Patient Support Services to lead programs for radiopharmaceutical patient support and drive day-to-day operations, improvement, and innovation aligned with US market access strategy.

The role emphasizes entrepreneurial, collaborative leadership, partnering with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional patient and customer experience. Experience in brand/launch planning and data-driven decision making is valued.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• 5+ years managing vendors (call centers, co-pay vendors, consultants, agencies of record and third-party data suppliers)

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient/customer services to ensure exceptional experience and compliant programs.
• Use data sources and analytics to manage programs and vendors and identify trends and insights.
• Advise on opportunities to enhance patient support offerings.
• Participate in brand and launch planning as advisor on patient support strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure compliant delivery of services.
• Serve as key patient support contact for brands, field reimbursement, and account managers.
