Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of system-wide translation and interpretation programs.
• Ensure services comply with state and federal regulations, accreditation and policy.
• Participate in strategic planning for language services across the system.
• Provide leadership for quality monitoring and improvement initiatives related to translation and interpretation services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with management, staff and medical leadership to improve LEP services.
