Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of medical interpretation/translation experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a medical environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Leads system-wide translation and interpretation programs, ensuring services meet state/federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Oversees quality monitoring and improvement initiatives in translation and interpretation services.
• Develops and maintains relationships with management, staff and medical personnel to support LEP and deaf/hard of hearing patients.
• Plans and manages capital and operating budgets with director; monitors variances and acts to correct course.
• Provides staff coaching, performance reviews and HR actions to support efficiency and effectiveness.
