Cohen & Co. seeks a Senior Manager for Renewable Energy Technical Accounting to provide strategic accounting and financial reporting guidance on tax equity financing, HLBV allocations, and complex partnership structures.

You will advise on evolving legislation, prepare technical memoranda on revenue and leases, and lead client engagements while mentoring junior staff in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA license.
• 8-10+ years of experience in public accounting, technical accounting advisory, or corporate financial reporting.
• Experience serving renewable energy clients (solar, wind, hydro or related).

Aufgaben

• Research and conclude on the accounting treatment for complex renewable energy transactions, including tax equity financing, partnership and HLBV allocations.
• Advise clients on financial reporting implications of ITC/PTC and related incentives.
• Prepare and review technical accounting memoranda on revenue, leases and consolidations for renewables projects.
• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures for private and SEC entities.
• Mentor and develop staff, manage budgets and timelines, and foster client relationships.
