Responsibilities

• Provide technical accounting and financial reporting for renewable energy clients.
• Advise on tax equity financing, HLBV allocations, and complex partnerships.
• Prepare memos on ASC 606, ASC 842, and related standards.
• Support financial reporting for private and SEC entities as needed.
