Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; active CPA license.
• Extensive experience in public accounting, technical accounting advisory, or corporate financial reporting for public or pre-IPO companies.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and registration statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting consultations on complex transactions (ASC 805, ASC 606, ASC 842) and related analyses.
• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K/10-Q; 8-K; S-1/S-4) and MD&A reviews.
• Manage SOX 404 compliance programs and evaluate internal controls per COSO.
• Serve as primary client contact and build relationships with CFOs, controllers, and executives.
• Mentor managers, senior associates, and staff; contribute to practice development and recruiting.
