This hybrid role requires 3+ years in public accounting, CPA eligibility, and strong communication; you'll mentor staff, manage budgets, and collaborate across teams to drive results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public accounting.
• Renewable Energy industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA licensure achieved or eligible to sit for the exam.
• Strong MS Office and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the engagement lead on specific client accounts.
• Lead pre-engagement planning, execution, and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans.
• Illustrate budgets and schedules.
• Actively participate in proposals and business development.
• Manage a team of staff associates, including interns.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to the CRZ team.
