Bohler is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee HR operations, compensation, benefits, HR technology, compliance, and people analytics while advancing employee experience. This role partners with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to align HR programs with business goals.

The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decisions, optimize Workday, and lead a high-performing HR Operations team across a multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive senior-level experience leading HR operations, including compensation, benefits, and HR service delivery in multi-location setups.
• Deep knowledge of Workday HRMS, including administration, reporting, integrations, data governance, and process improvement.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, including HR systems, compensation, benefits, compliance, safety, and HR service delivery.
• Oversee and improve Workday environment with data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and administer competitive compensation and Total Rewards programs.
• Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational priorities.
• Expand people analytics capabilities and provide actionable insights for planning.
• Evaluate AI-enabled HR technologies and their value.
• Lead process improvements and change management within HR.
• Coach and develop HR Operations team to foster accountability.
