Bohler is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee HR operations, compensation, benefits, HR technology, compliance, and people analytics while advancing employee experience. This role partners with the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders to align HR programs with business goals.
The ideal candidate will drive data-driven decisions, optimize Workday, and lead a high-performing HR Operations team across a multi-location organization.
We're looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee our HR operations and Total Rewards functions while helping advance the way we support our employees and the business. This role is responsible for leading HR operations, compensation, benefits, HR technology, compliance, people analytics, and safety, ensuring our programs and systems are effective, efficient, and aligned with our business goals.
As a member of the HR Leadership Team, you'll partner closely with the Chief People Officer and leaders across the organization to improve processes, strengthen our HR technology, provide data-driven insights, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
The base pay range for this role is $175,000 – $225,000 per year.
