You will partner with the Chief People Officer to improve processes, strengthen HR technology, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

You will advance the Workday environment, develop competitive Total Rewards programs, and provide data-driven insights to leadership to align HR with business goals across a multi-location

• Extensive senior-level experience in HR operations, compensation, and benefits.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and partner with executives.
• Demonstrated expertise in people analytics and workforce data-driven decision making.

• Lead Workday environment, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system effectiveness.

• Build and expand people analytics capabilities for leadership insights.
• Evaluate emerging HR technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, for efficiency.
• Lead change initiatives and standardize HR processes; coach the HR Operations team.
