Job summary

OmniOn Power is seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards & HR Operations to lead HR operations, payroll, compensation, benefits, L&D, and HRIS at our Plano HQ. You will partner with HR leadership, Finance and Legal to drive process excellence and scalable services across the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of HR leadership, a related Bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with major HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 8+ years HR experience.
• Experience overseeing payroll, compensation, benefits, HRIS and shared services.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operational functions and ensure effective service delivery across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy; partner with Finance and vendors.
• Manage compensation programs, including structure, pricing, merit, incentives and equity.
• Administer benefits programs and lead annual open enrollment and communications.
• Oversee Learning & Development to support leadership growth and capability building.
• Own HRIS strategy, administration, configurations, integrations and data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and support internal/external audits.
