Job summary

EAB is seeking a Strategic Leader at Associate Director level to steward partnerships with colleges and universities. You will shape strategy, build executive relationships, and guide research-based services to help partners renew and grow.

Based in Washington, D.C., exceptional candidates remote in the continental US will be considered. Travel up to 15-30% is expected to meet partners and board meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University.
• Proven record of professional success.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years’ post-undergraduate experience encompassing at least three of the following: Client or account management, Consulting or service delivery, Presentation and facilitation, Leadership, Commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with university executives to secure trusted partner status.
• Collaborate with colleagues across research, renewal, sales, and product teams to serve partners holistically.
• Develop a deep understanding of key industry issues and how EAB’s Research helps partners set and execute their strategy in areas like student success, DEIJ, and financial sustainability.
• Provide guidance based on EAB research best practices.
• Lead state of the industry presentations for university boards and cabinets.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of broader EAB offerings (e.g., Technology and Enrollment Services).
