Renewal by Andersen of Washington in Renton, WA, is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance to lead the strategy, programs, and systems that protect our people, operations, and organization during growth. This leadership role handles enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, safety governance, insurance, and claims management across multiple states.

You will partner closely with Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leaders to identify risk, strengthen

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in risk management, compliance, safety, insurance, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading compliance initiatives across a multi-state organization.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance and workplace safety programs.
• Experience with DOT compliance, fleet regulations, and transportation-related risk.
• Experience overseeing corporate insurance programs and claims management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise risk management strategy and framework across the organization.
• Oversee regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage corporate insurance programs and claims management.
• Develop enterprise-wide policies, training, and governance.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Safety, and field leadership to identify and mitigate risk.
