Job summary

HealthPartners in Bloomington, MN is seeking an Access Excellence Senior Director to lead enterprise access infrastructure and workflows across internal, external, self-scheduling, Care Everywhere referral pathways. • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of formal people leadership in a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Epic in a health system.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with influence.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise access infrastructure.
• Oversee design and optimization of workflows for access pathways (internal, external, self-scheduling, Care Everywhere).
• Ensure governance for scheduling tools and provider directory accuracy.
• Lead initiatives to improve access performance and patient navigation across channels.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, digital, and analytics teams on technology investments.
• Develop and publish key performance metrics and actionable insights.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams.
