Zusammenfassung

Saint Luke's Health System seeks a Director of Access Center and Specialty Services Operations to build an integrated access strategy across ambulatory care. You will oversee the centralized Access Center, provider scheduling, template optimization, and specialty clinics to enhance patient experience and operational performance.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, implementing telephony and Epic scheduling enhancements, and driving growth and quality outcomes in a patient-centered

Qualifikationen

Experience leading centralized scheduling, contact center operations, referral management, and patient access initiatives.
Experience with Epic scheduling and access management tools and workflows.
Knowledge of patient access operations, ambulatory services, and healthcare delivery models.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
