Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of formal people leadership experience in a complex healthcare environment.
• Experience working within a health system utilizing Epic.
• Previous healthcare operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise access infrastructure, including referral and order lifecycle management and scheduling tools.
• Oversee design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of workflows across internal, external, self-scheduling, discharge, and Care Everywhere referral pathways.
• Establish vision, governance, and ongoing optimization for enterprise access enablement functions and tools.
• Lead initiatives to improve access performance, referral conversion, scheduling effectiveness, and consumer navigation.
• Partner with clinical, operational, digital, and IT leaders to advance access strategies and measure outcomes.
• Oversee access data, reporting, analytics, and KPI publication; ensure alignment of workflows with system capabilities and goals.
