Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Tampa, FL, seeks a Senior Manager for Enterprise P2P Platforms to lead strategy, governance, and delivery of Oracle P2P and related platforms.

You will partner with Finance, Risk, Legal, and Technology to modernize processes and drive scalable solutions supporting growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Oracle ERP/Finance, with strong P2P expertise, executive communication, and global transformation experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, IS, business administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise Finance and Accounting platforms.
• Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes: AP, Procurement, Supplier Management, T&E, and related financial operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, compliance requirements, and operational processes.
• Experience leading complex enterprise-wide transformation programs and platform implementations.
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed environment.
• Strong program management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile delivery, and enterprise change management practices.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise P2P and related platforms.
• Provide leadership across teams responsible for platform ownership, delivery and production support.
• Lead transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, and data-driven decisions.
• Build partnerships with executive stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, Procurement, Risk, Legal, Compliance.
• Own governance, scalability, stability, and performance of core enterprise platforms including Oracle P2P systems.
• Ensure designs meet business, regulatory, audit, and control requirements.
• Drive cross-functional programs through planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead large-scale global deployment programs from strategy to enterprise rollout and stabilization.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams to achieve objectives.
• Develop scalable implementation methodologies and deployment frameworks for global transformation.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and regional/global teams.
• Translate complex concepts into concise executive communications and business cases.
• Influence decisions with data-driven insights and well-reasoned recommendations.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and cross-functional sessions.
