Job summary

Korn Ferry is partnering with a $3B global company to recruit a Senior Finance Manager, Procure-to-Pay, to lead the global P2P function within Finance Shared Services. The role oversees end-to-end processes across vendor data, requisitions, invoices, disbursements, and related tax reporting, with a distributed team including an India-based BPO.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in P2P/AP/T&E, 5+ years of leadership, strong SAP S/4HANA and Concur experience, and a hands-on, collaborative

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive P2P, AP, T&E, or vendor data experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in P2P within a BPO/shared services environment.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and Concur experience.
• Knowledge of internal controls, GAAP, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the global Procure-to-Pay process.
• Drive standardization and consistency across regions.
• Oversee AP, vendor master, payments, T&E, and related transactional activities.
• Partner with BPO providers and monitor SLA performance.
• Improve controls, compliance, and process governance.
• Drive automation and process simplification through RPA, AI, and other technologies.
• Support ERP and systems enhancements, including SAP S/4HANA and Concur.
• Use data and benchmarking to improve operational performance and working capital.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global team.
• Partner across functions to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
