Job summary

Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Manager for Enterprise P2P Platforms to lead vision, governance, and delivery of Oracle P2P and related finance platforms. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology to drive digital transformation, automation, and controls, while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalable deployment across the enterprise.

Qualifications

10+ years supporting Oracle ERP or comparable enterprise Finance and Accounting platforms.
Deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes: AP, Procurement, Supplier Management, Travel & Expense.
Strong accounting principles, controls, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise P2P and related platforms.
Lead platform ownership, delivery, and production support across multiple teams.
Drive automation, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.
Partner with executive stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Technology, and Procurement.
Ensure governance, scalability, and performance of core enterprise platforms.
Oversee cross-functional programs from strategy to enterprise rollout.
