Job summary

Curve Dental seeks a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Expansion to shape engagement across onboarding, adoption, expansion and advocacy. You’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, craft targeted messaging, and build programs that grow customer value and loyalty.

You’ll partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing to uncover opportunities, translate insights into campaigns, and drive measurable growth across Curve Dental’s SaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in customer marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs from strategy to execution.
• Excellent writing, messaging, and campaign development skills.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer marketing and expansion programs across onboarding, adoption, retention and advocacy.
• Develop segmented campaigns across the customer journey with integrated channels.
• Create messaging, offers and success metrics for campaigns and programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to identify growth opportunities.
• Measure performance against KPIs and scale effective initiatives.
