Job summary

CD Newco LLC d/b/a Curve Dental, located in Provo, Utah, seeks a Senior Enablement Manager to own Flex Dental's customer enablement program from onboarding to ongoing education. You will build scalable learning experiences and collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Support, Onboarding, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure timely, engaging resources for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer enablement, technical training, instructional design, technical writing, or related SaaS enablement role.
• Experience building and administering content within a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Hands-on experience designing and maintaining Pendo guides, walkthroughs, and digital adoption experiences.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging learning experiences for multiple audiences.
• Experience producing written documentation, video tutorials, webinars, and interactive learning content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Flex Dental's customer enablement strategy across onboarding, adoption, and ongoing training.
• Design scalable learning programs to improve onboarding and product adoption.
• Create customer education through documentation, videos, webinars, and self-service resources.
• Measure learning effectiveness using analytics and feedback; iterate content accordingly.
• Lead internal documentation and knowledge management initiatives with a focus on external customer content.
