Job summary

Curve Dental in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing & Expansion to lead customer engagement, onboarding and expansion programs across our SaaS platform for dental practices.

You will partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing to translate customer insights into targeted campaigns, messaging and measurable growth. The ideal candidate has a track record of driving retention, cross-sell and advocacy in B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing or related fields.
• Proven success building programs that support adoption, retention, expansion or advocacy.
• Strong writing, messaging and campaign-development skills.
• Integrated experience across email, webinars, landing pages, events and sales enablement.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through measurement.
• Familiar with HubSpot, Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own customer marketing strategy and programs that support engagement, product adoption, retention, cross-sell, upsell and advocacy.
• Develop segmented campaigns across key moments in the customer journey from onboarding to renewal and expansion.
• Build an integrated customer communications calendar across products, audiences and channels.
• Turn insights and priorities into clear campaign strategies, messaging, offers and success metrics.
• Create programs to re-engage underutilizing customers and demonstrate value.
• Strengthen customer advocacy through referrals, testimonials and case studies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales and Product to identify segments and expansion opportunities.
