Job summary

Cape Cod Community College seeks a Marketing Manager to act as a strategic marketing partner across academic departments and student services. You will lead integrated campaigns, oversee branding, and ensure accessibility and brand consistency across all materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible professional experience in marketing or communications.
• Experience managing multiple complex marketing projects from concept through implementation.
• Excellent written, verbal, editing, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing consultant for academic departments, student support services, administrative offices, and stakeholders.
• Lead marketing projects from initial consultation through planning, development, production, and evaluation.
• Provide graphic design support using Canva or other tools while ensuring on-brand visuals.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns supporting programs, enrollment, and community education.
• Coordinate production of materials across print, digital, environmental, and promotional channels.
