Job summary

Education & Training Resources LLC is seeking a Career & Technical Education (CTE) Manager to oversee programs, staff, and student services. The role requires leading instructional delivery, coordinating with counselors, and ensuring quality indicators are met across all CTE activities.

The manager will develop lesson plans, administer assessments, and mentor students while maintaining compliant attendance records and student files. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field. Equivalent combination may substitute for degree on a year-for-year basis.
• Three years related experience; one in lead/supervisory capacity.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn Job Corps methodologies and strategies.
• Ability to use different methods and mediums to deliver course material.
• Ability to respond effectively to student issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of all Career & Technical Education programs and staff.
• Provide staff training to meet outcomes and quality indicators.
• Supervise student orientation delivery in functional areas; develop lesson plans; administer tests.
• Modify instructional resources for diverse learning needs.
• Recommend curricula changes and supplemental materials.
• Motivate and counsel students on behavior and study habits.
• Coordinate with counselors and staff to resolve training issues.
• Maintain attendance records and student folders.
• Mentor students and monitor behavior through interventions.
