Job Description:
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Marketing Manager serves as a strategic marketing partner toacademic departments, student support services, administrativeoffices, and institutional leadership, providing expertconsultation, project management, and creative direction for a widerange of marketing and communications initiatives that advance theCollege's mission, enrollment goals, workforce development efforts,and student success.

Working collaboratively with faculty, staff, administrators, andexternal partners, the Marketing Manager leads the planning,development, coordination, and execution of integrated marketingcampaigns and communications projects from concept throughcompletion. This position manages multiple concurrent projectswhile ensuring all marketing materials reflect the College's brandstandards, strategic priorities, and commitment to accessibility,inclusion, and excellence.

A significant area of responsibility includes serving as theprimary marketing lead for the Center for Community andProfessional Education (CCAPE), developing and executingcomprehensive marketing strategies that promote workforce development programs, professional training, lifelong learningopportunities, community education offerings, and customizedbusiness and industry partnerships.

The Marketing Manager must possess exceptional project management,communication, writing, and relationship-building skills, alongwith understanding and demonstrated ability in basic graphicdesign, the ability to balance competing priorities, adviseinternal stakeholders on marketing best practices, and deliverhigh-quality marketing solutions in a fast-paced, collaborativeenvironment.
