Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager in Students and Grads Business Analyst Recruiting to lead and develop a team supporting BA recruiting programs. You will partner with the BA Recruiting Leader to translate priorities into execution, manage season planning and ensure strong execution against hiring goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or client consulting.
• 2+ years of experience in Client Management.
• 2+ years of experience in People Management.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Campus or Corporate Recruiting preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Client Management preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in People Management with layered teams preferred.
• Experience with compensation and general HR requirements related to hiring.
• Experience analyzing metrics, trends and data to inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• People Leadership – Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters and Recruiting Leads responsible for identifying and hiring top Business Analyst talent.
• BA Recruiting Partnership – Partner with BA Recruiting Leader and Leads to translate priorities into execution and support season management.
• Client & Stakeholder Management – Build relationships with internal HR partners, Students & Grads teams and business stakeholders.
• Strategy & Innovation – Contribute to BA recruiting strategy with innovative ideas and market insights.
• Season Management – Support planning through execution, monitor goals, identify risks.
• Data & Insights – Leverage recruiting data and trends to inform recommendations and executive reporting.
• Candidate Management – Guide the team in sourcing and recruiting strategies for top talent and a great candidate experience.
• Season Prep & Interview Operations – Coordinate forecasting, logistics and readiness with BA Recruiting Leads and partners.
• Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on early talent trends and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Recruiting Systems & Administration – Use Workday and other recruiting tech to fulfill requirements.
