Capital One is seeking a Recruiting Manager for the Students & Grads Business Analyst recruiting team. You will lead a team of recruiters and Recruiting Leads, translating priorities into execution and ensuring strong season planning and execution across the portfolio.

You will partner with HR and business stakeholders, bring market insights, coach teams, and drive innovative recruiting practices to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in recruiting, HR, or client consulting, or a mix.
• Minimum 2 years in Client Management.
• Minimum 2 years in People Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters and Recruiting Leads.
• Collaborate with BA Recruiting Leader to translate priorities into execution.
• Manage relationships with internal HR partners, Students & Grads teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to recruiting strategy with market insights and innovative practices.
• Monitor season planning and execution, identify risks and opportunities.
• Leverage recruiting data and trends for executive-level reporting.
