• At least 2 years of experience in Client Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in People Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters and Recruiting Leads responsible for identifying and hiring top Business Analyst talent.
• Partner closely with the BA Recruiting Leader and BA Recruiting Leads to translate BA recruiting priorities and strategies into execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal HR partners, Students & Grads teams and business stakeholders, while engaging with external partners as needed.
