This role partners with the Executive Team and Grant Management to align curricula with workforce goals, accreditation standards, and organizational priorities.

• MSN required.
• RN licensure in Texas required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of formal teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior leadership in academic and clinical education strategy.
• Lead design and evaluation of curricula for clinical apprenticeships and nurse technician programs.
• Collaborate with Executive Team Lead and Grant Management Team to implement educational frameworks.
• Develop evidence-based instructional frameworks and simulation programs to support clinical competency.
• Establish policies governing academic and clinical education programs and ensure accreditation readiness.
• Foster partnerships with universities and accrediting agencies to align outcomes with standards.
