Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Current/Active, unrestricted RN license in Texas or compact state.
• Crisis Intervention and trauma-informed care proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 clinical, operational and administrative leadership for Behavioral Health, Civil, and Forensic Nursing units.
• Lead staffing, quality improvement, regulatory compliance and patient-centered care initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
