Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS instructor certifications or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Address staff competency and implement unit education strategies.
• Evaluate educational needs and deliver education to develop professional performance.
• Plan, direct, coordinate and evaluate all nursing education activities including fiscal, material and human resources.
• Maintain communication with nursing, administration and physicians to promote performance improvement.
