Job summary

ABB is seeking a Senior Leader for the U.S. Trade Compliance Program. You will support the CTCO in strategy, governance, and execution of compliance across U.S. import/export, sanctions, and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing program improvements. Remote work is available, supporting a decentralized country team within ABB.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in supply chain and/or trade management and 10+ years of experience in managing U.S. trade compliance programs.
• Hold Customs Broker License (strongly preferred).
• Certified Import and/or Export Specialist (preferred but not required).
• Super-user for Microsoft Platform tools; working knowledge of ERP systems SAP/GTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support CTCO in developing, implementing, and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import/export, sanctions, and trade regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of trade compliance processes across the organization.
• Advise Local Trade Compliance Officers on risks and regulatory requirements.
