Job summary

ABB Inc. seeks a Senior Leader, U.S. Trade Compliance to support the CTCO in managing ABB's U.S. Trade Compliance Program.

You will provide strategic oversight of regulatory requirements, risks, and controls, partnering with global and local stakeholders to ensure compliant operations. Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's in supply chain/trade management with extensive U.S. trade compliance experience.
• Hold Customs Broker License (strongly preferred).
• Certified Import/Export Specialist (preferred).
• Super-user for Microsoft's Platform tools; SAP/GTS strongly preferred.
• Proven track record managing trade compliance programs under U.S. regulations.
• Ability to collaborate across global, country, and functional teams while working remotely.
• Work authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support CTCO in developing and executing the U.S. Trade Compliance Program strategy.
• Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. import/export, sanctions, and other trade regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement of trade compliance processes and governance.
• Advise LTCOs on risks and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Annual Trade Review Program and mitigation actions.
• Oversee Global Trade Risk Assessments and country-level risk identification.
• Coordinate with LTCOs on remediation from audits and reviews.
• Partner with business functions to embed compliance in operations.
• Lead development of trade compliance training and awareness.
