Job summary

Eikon Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director for Site Budgets & Contracts to lead budget strategy, negotiation, and execution for investigator sites across oncology trials. This hands-on role requires onsite presence and collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Data Management to ensure rapid, compliant site activation.

You will own FMV principles, develop templates, and coach teams while driving exposure to budget governance, vendor management, and global study start-up performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in clinical operations / study start up / investigator-site budgeting roles.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial start up processes.
• Experience building site budgets from protocols using benchmarking tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trials in study start up.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead site budget strategy across oncology studies.
• Negotiate budgets and payment terms with investigators and sites.
• Coordinate CTAs, budgets, and handoffs with Legal, Finance, and Data Management.
• Drive rapid CTA execution to meet site activation targets across studies and countries.
