Job summary

Summit Therapeutics, Inc. seeks an experienced Associate Director to lead site agreement activities within the Clinical Operations group. You will drive pricing for site budgets, coordinate with Legal, Finance, CROs, and clinical teams, and finalize contracts and budgets to enable timely site activations.

You will leverage oncology experience and advanced negotiation skills to ensure compliant, cost-effective trial execution while managing relationships with global sites and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with clinical site agreements in biotech/pharma setting.
• Experience in oncology and strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pricing strategies for site budgets to enable contract execution and site activation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, CRO and clinical teams to ensure site agreements comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Negotiate and finalize site agreements, including budgets, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
