Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking an Associate Director, Site Budgets to lead budget development, management, and standardization across trials. You will serve as the senior operational contact, drive best practices, and oversee budget execution for multiple studies and regions.

You will champion process improvements, coordinate with Site Activation and cross-functional teams, and provide insights to senior leaders while ensuring regulatory alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical research experience and/or CTI project management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in allied health fields.
• Experience in management of clinical trials.
• Understanding of at least one therapeutic area CTI contracts for.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site budgets team and ensure on-time delivery.
• Standardize budget processes and templates across studies and regions.
• Identify risks, capacity constraints and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure budgets are aligned with study, sponsor and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and cycle times.
• Provide senior-level client management and escalation on budget issues.
• Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP and trial procedures.
