Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services seeks an Associate Director, Site Budgets to lead development, management, and oversight of trial site budgets. You will standardize processes, coach teams, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with regulatory requirements and CTI standards.

You will collaborate across sites and functions, drive continuous improvement, and serve as the senior operations contact to executives and sponsors, ensuring successful budget execution for multiple trials.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical research experience
• Experience in CTI clinical project management
• Thorough understanding of global trial management processes

Responsibilities

• Champion operational excellence and provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure deliverables meet established timelines and quality standards across studies and projects.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure budgets are structured and aligned with study, sponsor and regulatory requirements.
• Lead adoption of new processes and tools to improve cycle times and stakeholder experience.
• Oversee site budget development and payments, including supervision of CPMs and budget staff.
• Provide senior interface with CTI and sponsor executives and manage client relationships.
