Job summary

CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services is seeking an Associate Director, Site Budgets to lead the site budgets team and standardize processes for trials across regions. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with CTI leadership and sponsors to ensure on-time, compliant budget execution.

You will coach CPMs and budget specialists, manage risks, improve cycle times, and ensure adherence to ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements in a global clinical trial setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in clinical research or CTI project management.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in allied health fields.
• Experience in management of clinical trials.
• Understanding of at least one therapeutic area CTI contracts for.

Responsibilities

• Champion operational excellence and provide direction, prioritization and coaching.
• Ensure budget team deliverables meet timelines and quality standards.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to keep studies on track.
• Structure budgets aligned with study, sponsor and regulatory requirements.
• Standardize workflows, templates and procedures across regions and teams.
• Monitor data and provide insights to senior leaders.
• Lead resolution of high-risk budget issues and escalate as needed.
• Drive adoption of new processes and systems across CTI.
